Basic Science
Basic sciences and humanity is a combined department of engineering physics, engineering chemistry, engineering mathematics and Humanities (Communication Skills).
Out of these Engineering Chemistry is a branch of science which deals with study of engineering material like cement, lubricant, water, polymer, refractory fuels etc. It is different from pure chemistry. It is quit similar to applied chemistry.
Engineering Mathematics deals with engineering courses focused on the principles, methods and applications in their particular branches of engineering (CSE/IT/ME/CE/EC/EX etc.). Engineering mathematics provides the mathematical foundations for all of these as well as areas of application in Medicines & Social Science. The engineering mathematics programs offer a balance of theory and practice, which is both intellectually stimulating and topic. Nobody is born knowing how to communicate exceptionally well. The truth is that good communicators learned that skill through years of practice. With a little effort you too can hone your communication skills and improve your competence in the workplace Communication is the activity of conveying meaningful information. Communication requires a sender, a message, and an intended recipient, although the receiver need not be present or aware of the sender's intent to communicate at the time of communication; thus communication can occur across vast distances in time and space. Communication requires that the communicating parties share an area of communicative commonality. The communication process is complete once the receiver has understood the message of the sender. In order to develop these habits, one needs to first acknowledge the fact that they need to improve communication skills from time to time. They need to take stock of the way they interact and the direction in which their work and personal relations are going. The only constant in life is change, and the more one accepts one's strengths and works towards dealing with their shortcomings, especially in the area of communication skills, the better will be their interactions and the more their social popularity.
Applied physics is a general term for physics which is intended for a particular technological or practical use.[1] It is usually considered as a bridge or a connection between "pure" physics and engineering.
"Applied" is distinguished from "pure" by a subtle combination of factors such as the motivation and attitude of researchers and the nature of the relationship to the technology or science that may be affected by the work.[3] It usually differs from engineering in that an applied physicist may not be designing something in particular, but rather is using physics or conducting physics research with the aim of developing new technologies or solving an engineering problem. This approach is similar to that of applied mathematics. In other words, applied physics is rooted in the fundamental truths and basic concepts of the physical sciences but is concerned with the utilization of these scientific principles in practical devices and systems
Applied physicists can also be interested in the use of physics for scientific research. For instance, people working on accelerator physics seek to build better accelerators for research in theoretical physics.
